Electronically Stored Information and electronic discovery have literally changed the way we practice law. Find out what the new rules are and how they apply to you. This e-Discovery 101 is a general overview for any lawyer wanting to learn the world of electronic evidence. We'll  learn the Basics of Electronically Stored Information (ESI) and examine court opinions where technology was used in some situations and not used in others. The course addresses the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, a definition of ESI terms, and the watershed e-Discovery cases, litigation Holds and the Duty to preserve evidence and much more.
