This program is a comprehensive instruction designed to provide attorneys and legal professionals with current knowledge on electronic discovery rules and procedures as well as the basic and advanced issues involved in the eDiscovery process.
Topics include a discussion about the new Federal Rules of procedure, META Data, electronic discovery processes and what information can and should be retrieved in an electronic discovery process. There will be live demonstrations of the eDiscovery along with definition of services to help you better understand the process.
